Products purchased from or may be returned under the following circumstances and time frames.

1) If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt; notify us within 10 days for a replacement product.

2) If you ordered the wrong product and would like to return please notify us within 10 days of purchase. You may return unused item to us at your expense. When we receive the product we will credit your account minus the original shipping and handling costs, assuming the product is undamaged and in resellable condition. It may take 10 - 14 business days to process your refund. Make sure you package the product properly (it's best to use original packaging, especially motors and pumps) so that it won't be damaged during return shipping. Mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided to you when you request an RMA number. All merchandise will be tested for defects and damage. All items returned after 10 days will be subject to a 30 percent restock fee. No items can be returned after 30 days unless authorized.

All products returned must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. You may get an RMA Number by calling 727-944-5525  or email us explaining your reason for wanting to return the product. Email us:  - Form below
