Our Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the continental United States via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. Most orders may take 1 or 2 days* to process unless for a reason out of our control such as: "unavailability from the manufacturer" or "back ordered items" in which case we will notify you. When your item is shipped the tracking information will be available to you by logging on to your account.
Most of our Products are shipped from our Florida or California locations by availability of product.
Spa Covers are shipped from the Manufacturer in Florida by truck.
Shipping charge estimates are available on your shopping cart page after you select your desired items for purchase.
If we offer free shipping on a product that you purchase and you decide to return it, the shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund. Please realize that we try to give the best pricing that we can and the cost of shipping is very expensive. Please read our return policy here
